I came to Salida, Colorado in 2007 because I wanted less competition for space, real community, access to real wilderness, and proximity to water. To my surprise, I also found a thriving arts community, an active bicycle culture, more whitewater than you can shake a stick at, a myriad of hot springs, a local ski resort, green businesses, an overall progressive community, not to mention some of the most awe-inspiring and diverse geography in the western United States.
There aren’t many places like Salida, Colorado – where old ways and new ways of life co-mingle to offer both prosperity, and a sense of authenticity to everyday life. Because this place is special to me I work everyday to help bring integrity and accountability to my professional life as a Realtor.
